9. Mosor film festival

 

 

Hrvatsko planinarsko društvo "Mosor" iz Splita organizira 9. Mosor Film Festival od 12. do 14. rujna 2025. godine pa pozivamo sve autore iz Hrvatske i inozemstva da sudjeluju s filmovima koji promoviraju ljepotu i bogatstvo planinske prirode i kulture, planinarenja, speleologije, alpinizma, sportskog penjanja, turnog skijanja, ekstremnih sportova, avanturizma...

 

Pravilnik Mosor Film Festivala (MosFF 2025.)

1. Natjecateljski program Mosor Film Festivala (MosFF-a) održati će se u petak 12.09. i subotu 13.09.2025. g. na livadi pod planinarskim domom "Umberto Girometta" na Mosoru. U slučaju kiše, prikazivanje filmova će biti organizirano u planinarskom domu.

2. Filmovi moraju biti planinarske tematike (planinarenje, alpinizam, speleologija, sportsko-penjanje, turno skijanje, zaštita planinske prirode…)

3. Pravo sudjelovanja imaju svi filmski i video autori, odnosno udruge.

4. Prijavljivanje je besplatno.

5. Trajanje filma je ograničeno od 2 do 60 minuta.

Na pošiljci obavezno mora biti naznačeno: "Nema komercijalne vrijednosti, isključivo za kulturne svrhe". Film poslati na trošak pošiljatelja.

7. Svaki samostalni autor ili udruga može prijaviti najviše 5 filmova / video radova.

8. Filmovi moraju biti u avi ili mpeg formatu.

9. Film treba poslati u što boljoj kvaliteti. Organizator ima pravo odbiti film ukoliko je snimka loše kvalitete što bi moglo prouzročiti probleme prilikom prikazivanja.

10. Kopije filma se ne vraćaju.

11. Zajedno s filmom poslati prijavnicu u doc formatu ili skeniranu u pdf ili jpeg formatu.

12. Za svaki film ispisati pojedinačnu prijavnicu.

13. Prijava filma mora, uz DVD s filmom, sadržavati:

- Čitko ispisanu i potpisanu prijavnicu

- Fotografiju, te životopis ili filmografiju autora

14. Preporučljivo uz film poslati na zasebnom CD mediju tri fotografije (screenshot-a) iz filma za njegovu što kvalitetniju promociju.

15. U slučaju nepotpunih prijava ili nečitko ispunjenih prijavnica, prijavljeni film Programski odbor festivala neće uzeti u razmatranje.

16. Na Mosor Film Festivalu prikazat će se filmovi koje odabere Programski odbor festivala.

17. Sve troškove, kao i rizik slanja filmova i materijala snosi pošiljatelj te time oslobađa svake odgovornosti organizatora festivala, a u svezi s transportom filma do organizatora.

18. Programski odbor Festivala odabrat će radove koji su ispunili sve uvjete za učešće na Festivalu i kao takvi ušli u izbor za predstavljanje na Festivalu.

19. Festival nije obavezan dati komentar ili razlog ukoliko ne odabere bilo koji rad za sudjelovanje u Festivalu.

20. DVD kopije radova bit će pohranjene u arhivi Festivala.

21. Svi autori filmova koji uđu u program Festivala bit će pozvani da budu naši gosti na Mosor Film Festivalu.

22. Potpis autora ili producenta na filmskoj prijavnici znači prihvaćanje svih točki pravilnika Mosor Film Festivala.

23. Stručni žiri za ocjenu filmskih/video radova Natjecateljskog programa bit će sastavljen od istaknutih predstavnika iz područja kulture, filmske i fotografske teorije, kritike, odabranih fotografa, filmskih autora i producenata, te predstavnika organizatora.

24. Član žirija ne može biti nitko tko je na bilo koji način sudjelovao u stvaranju bilo kojeg od radova u Natjecateljskom programu ili se nalazi u bliskom srodstvu s autorom rada.

25. Odlukom Stručnog žirija proglasiti će se najbolji film/video Festivala, a autoru uručiti nagrada.

26. Dobitnik nagrade će od strane Programskog odbora biti obaviješten o svom izboru najkasnije 7 dana prije dodjele nagrade.

27. Organizator Festivala zadržava pravo konačnog tumačenja ovog Pravilnika.

9th MOSOR FILM FESTIVAL

The Croatian Mountaineering Society Mosor from Split is organizing the 9th Mosor Film Festival from September 12-14.2025. We invite all authors from Croatia and abroad to participate with their films that promote the beauty and richness of mountain nature and culture, hiking, speleology, alpinism, sports climbing, skiing, extreme sports, adventure…

 

MOSOR FILM FESTIVAL RULEBOOK (MosFF 2025)

1. Mosor Film Festival (MosFF) 2025. Competition Program will be held on Friday 12.09.2025. and on Saturday 13.09.2025. on the meadow in front of the mountain lodge “Umberto Girometta” on Mosor.

In the case of rain, the presentation of films will be held in the mountain lodge.

2. Films must be about mountaineering themes (mountaineering, alpinism, speleology, sports climbing, skiing, protection of mountainous nature…).

3. All film and video authors and associations have the right to participate.

4. Participant registration is free of charge.

5. The duration of the film is limited from 2 to 60 minutes.

It must be indicated on the envelope: “There is no commercial value, exclusively for cultural purposes”.

Film/Video must be sent on the expense of the sender.

7. Each independent author or association can participate with a maximum 5 films/videos works.

8. Films must be in Avi or MPEG format.

9. Each film should be sent in a good quality as possible. The organizer has the right to refuse a film if the recording is in bad quality because that could cause problems during a presentation.

10. The copies of the films will not be returned back to the sender.

11. Together with each film, please send an application form in the DOC FORMAT OR SCANNED IN PDF OR JPEG FORMAT.

12. For each film, please print an individual application form.

13. Each DVD must be sent with an application form that contains:

- clearly written and signed application

- author’s photo and Resume (CV)

14. It is recommended to send at least 3 screenshots from the film on the separate CD for the promotion purposes.

15. In the case of incomplete applications or not clearly printed applications, the submitted film will not be taken into consideration.

16. On Mosor Film Festival, only the films selected by the Festival Program Committee will be presented.

17. All the costs as well as the risks of sending films and materials for the festival will be the responsibility of the sender, and thus releasing every responsibility of the festival organizers regarding the transportation of films or materials to the organizers.

18. The Festival’s programming committee will select only the works that have fulfilled all the conditions for the participation at the festival and as a result those works will be presented at the festival.

19. The Festival is not obliged to give any comment or reason if it does not choose certain work to participate in the Festival.

20. DVD copies of works will be stored in the Festival archive.

21. All the authors of the films who enter the Festival program will be invited to be our guests at the Mosor Film Festival.

22. The signature of the author or producer of the film on the application form means to accept all the points of the Rules and Regulations of the Festival.

23. Jury of Experts for the evaluation of film/video works of the competitive program will be made up of prominent representatives from the field of culture, film and photographic theory, critics, selected photographers, film authors and producers, and representatives of the organizers.

24. The member of Jury cannot be anybody who has participated in any way in creating any of the works in a competitive program or is in close relationship with the author of the film in competition.

25. The best film/video of the Festival will be announced by the Jury of Experts and the author will accept the award.

26. The winner of the award will be notified by the Programming committee no later than 7 days before the award ceremony.

27. The organizer of the Festival keeps the right of final interpretation of this Program Rulebook.
